A free mod for Witcher 3, by HQX.
You can now make a direct impact on your favorite characters using the mod called Interactive Follower System (IFS).
In IFS you will find four different kinds of followers that can be customized to your liking – Ciri, Yennefer, Triss, Keira and Lambert follow. You will also be able to take control of a custom-built follower that will do anything you command.
The IFS app is free to download. All you need to get started is a stable Internet connection. There are no additional requirements for installing the app.

The app allows you to create a custom follower and use it in-game.
